*Take time for yourself, you still need to be happy in your life outside school, so make sure you have a support network around you such as family and friends.

*Ensure you have hobbies outside school: join a gym, do a yoga class or even some cooking classes if that is what you fancy. Your mental health is important too and is a high priority.
